Melting VIM / VOD / VAR / ESR
Primary melt via Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) or VOD. Aerospace and critical grades re-melted via VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelting) or ESR (Electroslag Remelting). Achieves ultra-low C, S, P levels with controlled non-metallic inclusion content. VIM+VAR melt practice mandatory per AMS 5629 (PH13-8Mo) and AMS 5659 (15-5PH).
Forging 3,000T Fast Forge Press
Multi-pass open-die forging on 3,000-ton hydraulic fast-forging press. Forging reduction ratio ≥ 4:1 eliminates center porosity and develops homogeneous wrought microstructure. Produces billets, bars, rings, and disc forgings up to Ø800 mm / 2,000 kg. All forging parameters logged and retained per AS9100D.
Hot Rolling & Drawing Rolling Mill
Computer-controlled hot rolling mill produces round bar, flat bar, and coil in precise dimensional tolerances. In-line temperature monitoring ensures consistent microstructure and surface quality. Cold drawing and wire drawing available for small-diameter product forms per ASTM A580.
Heat Treatment Automated Furnace · AMS 2750E
Fully automated heat treatment furnaces with calibrated thermocouples and data-logging per AMS 2750E (Pyrometry). Temperature uniformity ±5°C (TUS-surveyed). All standard aging conditions — H900 through H1150M — performed in-house with full temperature charts included in documentation.
Finishing CNC Turn · Grind · Peel
CNC turning centers, centreless grinding machines, and roller-die peeling lines deliver close-tolerance bright bar. Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 µm (ground), Ra ≤ 3.2 µm (peeled/turned). Straightness ≤ 0.5 mm/m standard; precision ≤ 0.2 mm/m. Cut-to-length sawing ±1 mm.

Every shipment is accompanied by a full MTR to EN 10204 Type 3.1, signed and stamped by our Quality Assurance Manager. Content: chemical analysis per heat (OES + wet chemistry), mechanical test results per lot, heat treatment records with temperature charts, and dimensional inspection sign-off.
Third-Party Inspection
We fully support pre-shipment inspection by: SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), TÜV Rheinland, and Intertek. Services include witness testing (mechanical/chemical), dimensional inspection, visual examination, UT witnessing, and document review. Typically arranged within 3–5 business days notice.

Yes. We routinely supply qualification material — typically 1–5 pieces or 10–100 kg — for new customers conducting material qualification or coupon testing. Samples are priced at standard commercial rates with no surcharge, and supplied with full MTR documentation. We can cut to specific lengths or supply as-bar. Lead time for ex-stock samples is typically 7–10 business days including dispatch preparation.
Standard export packaging: bundles strapped with steel bands, wrapped in VCI anti-corrosion film, loaded in plywood or wooden crates for sea freight. Bright/ground bars are individually wrapped in PE sleeves before crating. We ship from Shanghai (CNSHA) and Tianjin (CNTXG) via FCL or LCL sea freight, or via air freight (DHL, FedEx, airline cargo) for urgent small orders. All standard Incoterms available: FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DAP.
Absolutely. We fully support inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek, or any customer-nominated organization. Services available: witness testing of mechanical and chemical properties, dimensional inspection, visual/surface examination, and UT witnessing at our Fushun facility. 3–5 business days advance notice is required for inspector coordination. Inspection fees are typically to the buyer's account per standard commercial practice.
For ex-stock items (standard grades, common bar sizes), ex-works lead time is 7–15 business days from order confirmation — including cutting, surface preparation, heat treatment (if specific aged condition ordered), final inspection, and document preparation. Custom orders (non-standard dimensions, special grades or melting practice) require 25–30 days ex-works. Emergency expediting of ex-stock items is sometimes possible in 3–5 business days. Sea freight transit adds 15–35 days depending on destination port.
Primary method is T/T (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment against copy of B/L. For established customers, credit terms are negotiable. L/C at sight is accepted for orders ≥ USD 50,000 from a reputable international bank. For sample orders, PayPal and Western Union are also acceptable. Transactions in USD, EUR, or CNY.
