Heat Treatment Process
FUSHUN SPECIAL STEEL employs advanced heat treatment processes to optimize AerMet 100 properties:
Solution Treatment: 1625°F (885°C) for 1 hour
Cold Treatment: -100°F (-73°C) for 1 hour
Aging: 900°F (482°C) for 5 hours
Annealing: 1250°F (677°C) for 16 hours
